BOOKING CONDITIONS

All payments for courses can be made via Bank Transfer or credit/debit card but will incur an administration fee charge. Payment must be made in advance of training.

There will be an administration fee of £250 to cover any changes and future dates will be subject to availability.

There will be an administration fee of £250.00 for any cancellations that occur within 14 days of your booking.

Any payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the unlikely event that the course date you have chosen is cancelled by The Fairy Glam Mama Training Ltd, you will be offered an alternative date.

It is the learner’s responsibility to check with their insurance company that they are able to add any new treatment to their policy before making a booking.

If you have any questions before attending your course, please do not hesitate to telephone or email us. We want to ensure that you are happy with your choices and feel fully informed.

The Fairy Glam Mama Training Ltd reserves the right to be selective with bookings it accepts in order to protect standards.

No further training may be attended until all invoices and outstanding payments are cleared.

GENERAL TERMS

Learners are required to have 100% attendance for all theory classes, practical sessions and assessments. Classes will begin promptly at the published times regardless of whether all learners are present. Trainers are not responsible for repeating missed work. Class hours may be varied at The Fairy Glam Mama Training Ltd discretion without prior notice.

Failure to attend a course for any reason will not automatically entitle the learner to access the course at a later date. In the event of the course being cancelled by The Fairy Glam Mama Training Ltd, learners will be given alternative course dates, subject to availability.

Learners are required to wear uniforms/scrubs throughout courses. No long sleeves. Hair must be neat and tied back during practical work. Nails must be short, with no jewellery. Casual covered shoes only – no boots, high heels, sandals or flip flops. Failure to attend in appropriate attire may prevent completion of the course.

Employer’s guarantee – any learner employed by another organisation will not be solicited for employment whilst attending any course.

Minimum age requirement is 18 years.

We are committed to making our training as accessible and inclusive as possible. Some qualifications are governed by external organisations or awarding bodies that may require completion of specific physical tasks.

If you have a disability, medical condition, or any other factor that may affect your ability to meet these requirements, please inform us at the time of booking. This enables us to explore reasonable adjustments and advise you in advance whether the qualification can be fully achieved. Where such information is not provided at booking, and a required task cannot be completed, no refund will be issued.

Withdrawal from courses at any stage throughout a programme may incur additional charges for de-registration.

The Fairy Glam Mama Training Ltd reserves the right to alter prices at any time, superseding any prices displayed on brochures, flyers or websites. Prices are exclusive of VAT.

The Fairy Glam Mama Training Ltd cannot be held responsible for transport issues, accommodation cancellations, weather conditions, unexpected work commitments, childcare issues or sudden illness that makes attendance impossible.

The trainer reserves the right to ask any learner who is disruptive to leave the class at any time if they are negatively impacting other learners. No refund will be given in such circumstances.

We are committed to maintaining a safe and professional learning environment. Learners must present themselves in an appropriate, sober and hygienic condition. Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

Refunds will not be issued where failure to complete or use a qualification arises from circumstances outside the reasonable control of The Fairy Glam Mama Training Ltd, including changes to government regulations, awarding body requirements or industry standards occurring after enrolment.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, you may not be permitted to join the class and an administration fee may be charged to arrange an alternative date.

Learners must keep The Fairy Glam Mama Training Ltd updated with any changes to contact details.

By paying for courses, it is your responsibility to ensure you have read and accepted our Terms & Conditions which are issued with your initial enquiry, booking confirmation and invoice, and are available on our website.

We reserve the right to update our website, course pricing and Terms & Conditions at any time.

It is the learner’s responsibility to check local bylaws and regulations to ensure treatments can be legally carried out within their own clinic, town or country prior to booking training.

Where English is not the learner’s first language, the learner must hold a relevant English language qualification where required by qualification criteria.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All course materials are copyrighted to The Fairy Glam Mama Training Ltd. Learners are not authorised to forward course materials or use them to teach any training courses.

Should you establish your own training school, no paragraph, photograph, website content, manual content or written material supplied by The Fairy Glam Mama Training Ltd may be copied, reproduced or transmitted without written permission in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Any person breaching copyright may be liable to criminal prosecution and claims for civil damages.

By booking your place with The Fairy Glam Mama Training Ltd, you agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined above.
